The adoption process involves two forms. The first form is the application, if approved, you then will be required to sign an adoption agreement.

To foster for Life is Better Rescue, you must first complete an application. If approved, you then will be required to sign a foster agreement. You will also be asked to complete the foster report form before adoption events.
